Based on the Norfolk/Suffolk border, we engrave and design and make a wide range of small recycled/recyclable metal objects including Pet ID tags, keyrings, trophies, medals, awards, gift tags, pens, bookmarks, jewellery, rings, watches and more.
Our standard personalisation (text) engraving is available with a choice of multiple fonts. Our custom options include Fingerprint, Handprint, Footprint, Pawprint engraving, Logos, Handwriting, Child’s Drawing or Line Drawing, patterns, symbols and we also offer the option to upload your own design.

We are proud that we primarily engrave using a traditional method of (machine) engraving using a diamond tipped tool. The diamond tool is moved across the metal to remove some of the surface layers, leaving a clear, bright cut. For this reason, it is often praised as being one of the most durable types of machine engraving and is suitable for very fine, detailed engraving. This method has been used to personalise jewellery and other objects for decades.
More recently, this technique has been combined with contemporary digital technologies to make it easier and quicker to convert any style of font, design or image for the engraving process. Because the process is faster than Hand Engraving, it can offer a more affordable engraving option for customers.
For larger objects, such as large trophies and awards, we still use a traditional, manual pantograph engraving machine.
While you wait Engraving Service.
For certain products we can offer ‘while you wait’ engraving in-person on our engraving van route. This service is available for small, non-precious metal items with standard text personalized engraving. Items such as Pet ID Tags, keyrings and gift tags. Please allow around 20 minutes for your item to be set up and engraved and prepared for you.
While you wait Fingerprint Scanning Service.
We can also offer an in-person Fingerprint Scanning Service. Using contemporary scanning technology, this service only takes a few moments and is ink free and pain free! A lovely way to personalize an item, a Fingerprint scan can be engraved on any of our custom products, or we can offer a digital file of your scanned fingerprint to add to your own artwork or products. For baby fingerprints, we recommend that baby is at least 6 months old. Digital files can be offered in either .bmp, .jpeg, .mng, .ico, .tiff, .tga, .pcx, .wbmp, or .emf formats. You can choose to have either the raw fingerprint scan image, or the fingerprint cropped to a choice of shapes. Our price for a single in-person digital Fingerprint Scan is just £5. You can also come and see us on our Engraving Van route to make your orders for our engraved to order items, view samples and font styles, to have your finger measured for our engraveable rings and to ask us any questions regarding products you may wish to have engraved, including your own jewellery and other small metal items. Engraved to order Service.
As we do not carry any silver stock, all of our sterling silver products are made and engraved to order. We make and then engrave these pieces on a dedicated machine in our private workshop in Gorleston-on-sea and these will be ready for dispatch or collection 7 days after your design is confirmed and your order is placed (whichever is the latter).
Items that take longer to set-up and engrave, which cannot be engraved while you wait, are taken back to our specialist workshop and are ready for dispatch or collection in 7 days. This also includes any large item which needs to be engraved on our traditional manual pantograph machine.
Custom Engraving Service
Custom engravings that need more design or engraving setup time, or such as handwriting engraving, fingerprint engraving, line drawing conversion, pen engraving and your own custom design upload engraving will also be undertaken on engraved to order 7 day basis.
Bespoke Engraving Service
If you would like us to design a bespoke engraving, designed from scratch for you, this will be also on an engraved to order basis, available 7 days after your design is ordered and approved. Please note that an upfront design fee is payable for this service which is redeemable from the finished product.

Bespoke items made and engraved to order.
If you would like us to design and make a different shaped (2D) piece for your engraving, then this will be on a made and engraved to order basis. Please note that an upfront design fee is payable for this service which is redeemable from the finished product.
Non-Hallmarked items ready in 7-14 days. For items that need to be made, engraved and fully Hallmarked by a UK Assay office, please allow 4-6 weeks from design order and approval date. Please catch us at our next stop or contact us if you would like to discuss a bespoke order.

Engraving your own items.
We can engrave your own small, metal items and jewellery providing they are suitable and safe to be engraved by our machines. Your items will be engraved at our workshop and ready to collect/dispatch in 7 days. Please come along to one of our engraving van stops and we can advise you whether your item is suitable for our engraving service.
