Wedding Ring Engraving by Post or by customer Drop off/Collection at The Engraving Van.

Personalized Engraving on the inside or outside (or both) of your Wedding Ring. Options include Standard Text Engraving (multiple font choices), Fingerprint Engraving, Handwriting Copy Engraving, Engraving your own Artwork.

For Centuries, people have added meaningful inscriptions to the inside or the outside of their rings and/or Wedding Rings. Often with short, personal messages of love, dedications of loyalty or faithfulness, or simply adding the date or year of the wedding.  Not only can this bring extra meaning to the ring itself for the wearer, it can also offer enduring records of sentimental history when handed down as a family heirloom.

To Order:

1. 1. 1. Decide what you would like to have engraved on your ring by checking through our price guide (below), engraving options, Design Guidelines and Frequently Asked Questions for Engraving a Wedding Ring. If your engraving is text only, please let us know your preferred font.
      2. Email  contact @TheEngravingVan.co.uk (or come and see us in person at one of our Engraving Van Stops) with clear photographs of your ring, letting us know the type of metal and insurance value of your ring, and a description of what you would like to have engraved on it.
      3. Look out for an email from us (or in person, we can tell you) where we will confirm whether your engraving request is suitable for your ring and our machines, and we will send an invoice, the details of the address to post it to and a link for payment.
      4. If you request is approved and you would like to go ahead with your order, make sure you have read all of our terms and conditions and repairs and refund policies and then Make payment of the invoice which will confirm your order.
      5. Package your ring securely and post to the address given in your confirmation email, using a postal service that is insured for the value of your ring.  We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery.  Or bring it to us in person at one of The Engraving Van Stops.  Our upcoming stops can be found here.

Next Steps.

Keep a lookout for an email which will be your draft engraving proof.  Request any changes if necessary and once you are happy, approve the draft.  Your engraving will then be ready for collection or postal dispatch within 7 days.  If your ring also needs re-plating (for example, for white gold rings), this will add another 7 days onto collection or dispatch date.

Postage fees are extra.  We send all wedding rings insured and tracked via Royal Mail Special Delivery unless requested otherwise (Free collection is available at The Engraving Van stops).
